Celestial Timings Resonance Repatterning® 03-2010 Group Summary

The celestial focus of this session was the Spring Equinox.

The repatterning we did was the Mu Point Repatterning – these points access the core energy of each Meridian and help release fears, pain and problems.

Our focus questions are as follows:

Who do you have trouble forgiving and for what?

We cleared many areas of trouble with forgiveness for ourselves, family, friends and others for perceived hurts and resentment.

We also worked on releasing an earlier experience with our 6 year old child when we were unable to speak or act on our own behalf when mistreated, as well as, the many strong negative emotions associated with the situation. AND we cleared all of this to 12 generations on our Father’s side! YAY!

And we got “ON” for love and respect in relationship… “I am seen.”

On this Solstice, as conscious co-creators, who or what do you chose to acknowledge and honor as a source of light, life, energy and health now - and/or what do you wish to seed in your life?

The following statements are a great summary of our session:

I state your full name am 100% present physically, emotionally, mentally and in spirit here and now.

As a source of light I honor Christ and Kwan Yin.

I trust the mystery, magic and wonder, letting go of old patterns created to provide me safety and structure that are no longer necessary.

I honor my own highest Self, the highest Self of others and the Unity of all living things.

I seed clarity, perseverance, focused action, joy, abundance, kindness, acceptance, self love and courage.

I love myself completely and I open to all aspects of my God/dess Self: Light and Dark, with equal Love and acceptance.

I am seeding my life with infinite, vibrant, vital, joyous love in conscious partnership and community to further the sharing of my gifts, talents, and skills to serve in ways that uplift and transform the world and all its inhabitants in the evolution of Earth.

I honor the Earth and all life.

I fully forgive myself and others for any past hurts which allows me to live joyously and to my full potential.

My body easily and effortlessly comes into balance and harmony by releasing past hurts and resentment.

I willingly forgive myself and others now and in the future for perceived hurts."

We worked with the Top-bottom brain areas where issues manifest as difficulty maintaining a balance between reason and feelings, or difficulty with reasons controlling highly-charged feeling states.

I experience meaning in the events of my life.

The group has a Daily Empowerment Intention from the session – Exercising:

Through exercise I release and balance my energies for my physical, mental and emotional well-being.

The MODALITIES to transform our resonance for our session statements:

WHAT: Free Movement – Life is energy in motion. Movement is Life. Find any excuse to move, stretch and dance as often as possible. Movement orients you to yourself, to the environment and to others so you move in the direction of joy, nurturance and love, and away from danger.

HOW:  You can have your eyes open or closed. Allow your body to move spontaneously and freely (to music or not), as a celebration of the powerful being that you are.

WHAT: Mu Acupuncture Points – are special points that powerfully activate the coherent energy of each meridian with all its characteristic qualities:

The Midline Mu Point for the Small Intestine Meridian, First Gate - the point lies on the midline, on the Conception Vessel, centered between the top of the pubic bone and the belly button. 

HOW: Gently hold the point, while repeating the Small Intestine Meridian consonant sound of “F/V” (fffuh/vvvuh).

WHAT: The Bilateral Mu Points for the Lung Meridian, Middle Palace - these points lie in the hollow where the collar bone and shoulder joint meet (right and left sides).

HOW: Gently hold the left & right points while repeating the Lung Meridian consonant sound “Q” (kia).

The Small Intestine Meridian is the sorter who feeds what is rich to the heart and the Lung Meridian receives pure chi (energy) from the heavens. The Lung Meridian is also about the feelings of grief. An interesting combination here – consider how it fits in with our focus this month.
