2007 promises to be another powerfully transformative year as we continue the 19-year Lunar Standstill cycle, with Pluto at Galactic Center (an event that happens every 248 years). Last year this combination produced extreme events that were best engaged through the process of surrendering attachments to results. Jupiter (in its once in 12 year passage through Sagittarius) is joining Pluto at Galactic center later this year after crossing by Antares - exact this month and then coming back to station beside this stargate on Aug 6, 2007. (Be sure to check out Jan 5, 15 and 16 for more about the Antares stargate as a key access point to the Golden Gate at Galactic Center).

Remembering that we inform the mysteries as much as they inform us and noting the coming together of these major transformative cycles with the December Solstice near Galactic Center (a 26,000 year timing) with Pluto (a 248 year timing, with the Lunar Standstill (a 19 year timing) with Jupiter (a 12 year timing) this may well be a once in many eons of time kind of Celestial Event. We at least know it can’t have happened since the last turning of the Galactic Wheel 26,000 years ago. Cosmologically this is, simply said, bigger than BIG and the question is how are we choosing to participate? When we use the power to inform with the intent to transform ourselves and the planet without attachment to the results, but rather trusting what is unfolding is within the divine plan, then we are making the most of this unprecedented time.

Also worth noting is…On Saturday January 20 the Sun enters Aquarius joining five other planets already in this domain. Mercury and Chiron are at 9 Aquarius, Neptune at 19 Aquarius, Venus at 20 Aquarius and the Moon starts the day at 14 Aquarius and ends the day at 27 Aquarius moving about one degree every two hours. This line-up is a potent access point to the grand Cosmic Overview and the big picture as it relates to the evolutionary changes already underway.

Knowledge of the celestial mysteries was highly sacred in the ancient mystery teachings forming the basis of what was needed to thrive and be in balance with the Earth. At this time…Knowledge of the sky and the cycles of the planets as they relate to the starry backdrop is a gift we give ourselves in consciously participating with the planetary ascension while responsibly and actively dreaming the dream onward. Many of the planetary influences shared in these Timings last for several weeks, months, a year or longer. However, some influences with the faster moving planets last only a few days. Every influence has at least a three day window, the day of the exact alignment, the day before and the day after.What follows is intended to support your journey with these mysteries.

January Daily Timings

Jan 01, Monday. Happy New Year! This year begins with the nearly Full Moon with in the Lunar Standstill window near its Northern Extreme currently located at the Galactic Edge. Many ancient cultures saw this place in the sky, along the Milky Way, as the Silver Gate where souls enter this dimensional realm. (The Golden Gate is near Galactic Center - see quote below). The nearly Full Moon is visible just beyond the fixed star Aldebaran, the eye of the Bull and one of the four royal stars also linked with Archangel Michael. Aldebaran is a stargate portal and when the Moon (especially the nearly Full Moon) is here it is sending a key transmission from this area of the sky if we are open to receive it.

Here is more on the Silver and Golden Gate... The Golden Gate is at the point where the ecliptic crosses the Milky Way, just near Galactic Centre (GC); the part of the sky which was of great interest to the Mayan people. At the other end of the Milky Way, the Silver Gate is above Orion, at the centre of the Duat; the Egyptian Netherworld which was represented on the ground in the Giza area.

The ancient Greeks, who received much of their knowledge from Egypt, believed that souls reside in the Milky Way between incarnations, and that there are 2 “gates” on the Milky Way. These are the Silver Gate of Gemini, through which souls descend to earth, and the Golden Gate of Sagittarius, through which souls ascend. Other versions say the souls of men (humans) can ascend by either gate, but that the Silver Gate leads to reincarnation and the ancestors, and the Golden Gate leads beyond reincarnation. The Golden Gate is also that through which the Gods descend.

The Silver Gate is just above the “hand” of Orion, who the Egyptians associated with Osiris, and they depicted him holding a star in his hand. In the Orion Mystery, Bauval & Gilbert presumed this to be the star Aldebaran.Now, Gilbert has found that the Egyptian word for star, s’ba, also means “door”, so Osiris is holding a Star-Gate. In some depictions, Osiris is holding an ankh towards the gate, so this must be the key which unlocks the star-gate. http://www.diagnosis2012.co.uk/7.htm

Jan 02, Tuesday. The Lunar Standstill Moon is crossing the June Solstice Marker (0 degrees Cancer) or the center point of where the Milky Way crosses the ecliptic (the path the planets travel) at the Galactic Edge. This is the most northern extreme rising and setting of the Moon for Northern Hemisphere and most southern rising and setting extreme for Southern Hemisphere. We are now in the Full Moon window (exact early tomorrow morning) with the fullest rise of the Moon happening tonight. The inter-galactic transmission of information and vibrational frequency that began yesterday is reaching its peak today and is again occurring beyond the bounds of anything we have already experienced.

This vibrational shift has been in process for many years and is intensifying each year as a way of preparing our physical bodies for the amplification of more and more refined vibrational frequencies. All of 2007 we are continuing to experience these incoming inter-galactic frequencies from beyond the bounds of our previously known reality during the three days every month when the Moon is crossing the doorway to other galactic realms at the edge ofour Galaxy. These three-day windows are being experienced as maximum intensity requiring us to surrender our old identities and limiting beliefs that are no longer vibrating with the new frequencies.

Jan 03, Wednesday. The Cancer Full Moon (13 Cancer) brings to fruition the seeds of compassionate self-care if we have been energizing them this past year. Visually the Moon phases last for three days, so we see the Moon rising full the night before, the night of, and the night after the exact Full Moon. Each Full Moon reminds us of the seeds we may have coming to maturity, to their fullness, to fruition, to the place where the fruits or gifts are received. Once each year the Moon is Full in Cancer bringing to light the gifts of responsibly nurturing of ourselves, our children, our children’s children and our beloved planet. This includes taking responsibility for our personal needs (i.e. resting when tired, eating when hungry and engaging in activities that promote health and well being). This Full Moon reminds us of our responsibility to care for ourselves so we are better able to care for others if we so choose.

Jan 04, Thursday. Moon moves into Leo today transmitting the mysteries of radical self-love. When we are truly and radically loving who we are it comes from a healthy knowing that we are worthy, we are expressions of the divine, and we are making a valuable contribution to life simply by our presence. Genuine self-love does not require love from others or the good opinion of others. Radical self-love does not depend on what others think or do. Self-love occurs when we internally lovingly accept who we are at all times and have moved beyond the need to say or do anything that causes harm to ourselves or others.

Self-love is also about forgiving ourselves when we don’t always act or behave in self-loving ways. Practicing self-forgiveness and taking time to remind yourself of all the wonderful qualities you express and ways you show up already are helpful. Caring for others, caring for the earth, caring for ourselves, are all aspects we might express that deserve our acknowledgment as we journey along the road to genuine self-love.

Jan 05, Friday. From January 4-15 Jupiter is within one degree of Antares (9 Sag 51) and is exactly conjunct January 8. Then Jupiter returns to one degree of Antares July 11 and stations direct in exact alignment with this star on Aug 6 staying within one degree until Sep 2. Antares is one of the four Royal stars known to the Persians as "The Watcher of the West".The ancients believed that as a Royal Star Antares had the power to bring great success but could also be the cause of a great undoing or downfall if the actions were coming from excess driven by obsessiveness. Jan 06, Saturday. Today marks the first of 10 Moon Saturn occultations this year. This one is visible in NE Russia, the Arctic, Northern Scandanavia, NW Canada and Alaska.When the Moon occults (or covers) a planet it acts to accelerate and intensify the energies uncovering the hidden essence of what is seeking form. Today’s Moon occultation of retrograde Saturn (24 Leo) accelerates the intended collective embodiment of radical self-love and what needs to be cleared or uncovered for this reality to manifest? (See Jan 04).

Sun conjuncts Mercury (16 Capricorn) in its psychopomp phase. The psychopomp guides souls where they need to go in their spiritual journey. In Capricorn this is in the realm of practical reality. Does it grow corn or serve the health and well-being of the planet and all who dwell here? Mercury is with the Source, with the Sun where answers are known if we are willing to receive them.

Jan 07, Sunday. Moon moved into Virgo late last night or early this morning depending on your time zone transmitting the mysteries related to the patterning of life. This is the domain of Spider Woman and it is also the domain of the Druids, the hierophants, the priests and priestesses and other wisdom keepers of the Earth. Morgan Llwelyn sums up the domain of Virgo as “stewards of the pattern” in her book Druids saying…from star to tree to tree to insect, each fragment of creation is part of one design, the pattern of being, that extends unbroken from the otherworld to this world. The pattern is constantly in motion, connecting us in life and death to the Source of All Being. Her description of the Druids describe the Virgo Mysteries when she tells us the Druids are the…keepers of the mysteries… measuring the Earth and Sky. They calculated the best times for planting and harvesting though their principle obligation was to keep Man and Earth and Otherworld in Harmony.

In other words she was describing the importance of staying in harmony with the patterning of life, with the natural cycles and rhythms of Earth and Sky and when we understand these mysteries we can then work with them consciously staying on track with our soul’s purpose as it fits into the overall pattern of life. ”The few who intuitively follow the pattern as it applies to themselves appear to have luck, for they are, without knowing it, drawing on the forces of creation. When they deviate from the pattern they loose contact with those forces and thus with the power that influences events. When things work out well for you then you will know you are following the pattern as you should.”

Even when we are feeling challenged by changing circumstances and events there is a feeling of being okay when we are attuned to the pattern that is ours to experience. It is often not a logical or rational experience but rather a deep inner knowing that life is unfolding as it is divinely intended.

Jan 08, Monday. Mars (24 Sag) trine Saturn (24 Leo) is a time for re-examining the new structures now being formalized around the mysteries of radical, radiant self-love, self-confidence, self-acceptance, and self-approval anchored in knowing we are the ones we have been waiting for, we are the divine incarnations of Source awakening to the truth of our divinity. This awakening is being reflected in our daily lives as we do self-forgiveness and practice loving ourselves in healthy ways that add to the love and light of our evolving planet.

Jan 09, Tuesday. Moon moves into Libra this morning illuminating the mysteries of conscious equal partnership. Are you conscious of your interrelatedness to every aspect of creation? Are you engaging a conscious intimate relationship with yourself? Are you willingly growing in awareness of how you exist in relationship to the rest of life? Are you engaging your experiences as opportunities to learn more about yourself?

Carl Jung reminded us that everyone we encounter is a mirror for our process when he said, "Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves."

That also goes for the things that delight us about others. It is important to note what we admire, what we respect and what we support in others as a reflection of what we admire, respect and support within ourselves.

Jan 10, Wednesday. Venus conjuncts Chiron (8 Aquarius 31) further catalyzing the Chironic revolutionary process best facilitated through acts of kindness towards ourselves and others. One of the quickest, most radical life changing actions we can now take now is to treat ourselves and others with kindness. Research shows acts of kindness shifts our whole vibrational energy not only for those giving and receiving the kindness but for everyone who also witnesses it. Kindness raises our physical vibration, releasing serotonin and other feel good hormones in the body whenever we are participating in an act of kindness even if only as an observer. This creates a wave of healthy vibrational energy rippling throughout our world bringing the light of love and compassion into material form.

Jan 11, Thursday. The annual Last Quarter Libra Moon (21 Libra) rising around mid-night is located near the fixed star Spica a bright blue star marking the hand of the Virgin Priestess (a.k.a. Virgo – see difference between signs and constellations). The waning last quarter Moon near Spica suggests we have an opportunity to further integrate and assimilate the qualities of conscious loving partnership with ourselves first and then others when we are willing to acknowledge and heal the separation most of us experience from source. It may be useful to tune in and consider how to further consciously energize a more active partnership with source while also gathering the parts of ourselves that we may have lost or forgotten for a time.

Spica connects with the ancient wisdom keepers and is depicted in the Tarot as the heirophant holding the lantern or light that helps locate those lost or forgotten parts. Again this is beautifully summed up in Druids by Morgan Llwelyen:

“As if the scattered sparks form the great fire of creation must obey a cosmological command to rejoin, we are compelled to seek the missing parts of ourselves. We collect friends, we require mates. Each of us separately is a fragment, life is the whole.”

Jan 12, Friday. The Moon in Scorpio is transmitting the mysteries of passionate aliveness through the willingness to live on the edges and beyond. Many have felt stretched beyond previously known edges in recent months, facilitating dramatic inner and outer changes at a deep cellular level radically transforming our experience similar to the experience of the caterpillar’s transformation into the butterfly. As we embrace this transformative experience it helps to remember what existing butterflies might say to newly emerged butterflies. Something like – all that stuff you learned as a caterpillar doesn’t apply. It’s a whole new set of experiences beyond what we have previously known.

Venus (10 Aquarius) sextiles Jupiter (10 Sag) magnifying and inspiring (Jupiter) the sacred feminine (Venus) in her ability to attract all she needs to fulfill her vision and intent. It helps to pay attention to these energies with intention thus maximizing their attractive power and co-creating experiences of luck and ease.

Jan 13, Saturday. The active masculine force expressing as Mars conjuncts the shamanic transformer Pluto (27 Sag) at Galactic Center a black hole that is quickly consuming stars and other celestial bodies while at the same time birthing new stars giving off tremendous amounts of energy as quickly as it is consuming it in a extraordinary display of simultaneous death and rebirth. This is a time for facing our deepest fears allowing the Galactic Cauldron to consume and transform these fears rapidly rebirthing them as our greatest strengths. The heroic masculine energy we all carry within has a remarkable opportunity to be informed by these fears and then transformed so they no long rob us of power…

Jan 14, Sunday. Waning Moon moves into Sag and will be visible near the fixed star Antares, heart of the Scorpion tonight (not visible in the sky until the early morning hours before dawn) activating the Antares stargate near Galactic Center and the Golden Gate of “Sagittarius” where the souls of humanity ascend away from this realm and where the souls of the Gods descend into this realm of experience. Aldebaran is the stargate portal near the Silver Gate and Antares is the Star Gate portal near the Golden Gate. (This is referring to the constellation named Sagittarius and not the seasonal sign that also carries the same name. See Difference Between Signs and Constellations for more about this: See Article on Difference Between Signs and Constellations (See Jan 5, 15, 16)

Jan 15, Monday. Mercury enters Aquarius today where it remains until Feb 2. Aquarian energy is noted for its quickening qualities and for its ability to shift us out of outmoded belief systems and to activate a new reality assemblage point through sudden unexpected, unplanned and often revolutionary events that are intended to liberate our personal and collective experience. This is yet, another reminder to roll with the flow, release attachments to outcome, and trust the changes that are occurring because these changes are intended to free us to live and express more wholly who we truly are.

Also today the waning Moon conjuncts first Antares (10 Sag) and then Jupiter (11 Sag). This triple alignment is a powerful activation worthy of our attention.  It is important not to under estimate the power of Antares especially with the expansive energies of Jupiter activating this star for much of 2007. (See Jan 5 for details). The ancient Egyptians experienced Antares as a portal to the pyramids mysteries and built temples sites and pyramids with specific features for capturing the rising of Antares. These planetary pyramids are reminders the ancients have left us that every level of physical manifestation and evolution is structured within pyramidal forms of light helping to facilitate the necessary vibrational shifts as we encounter our next dimensional experience.

To move beyond three-dimensional reality, we are required to go through the three-dimensional light fields embodied in pyramid form. This is why the ancients saw the pyramids as a gateway to the stars and universal intelligence, because pyramids synthesize space, time, and matter (note the power of three - space, time and matter) to form the ideal focus for star energy transmissions. This suggests that when our own pyramidal structures are consciously active within us, primarily accomplished through our willingness and intent, it is easier to receive the stellar and celestial transmissions coded within our own being.

The As Above, So Below imperative is coded into the pyramids. For example, the Great Pyramid on the Giza Plateau is exactly coded with the celestial mysteries of the precession of Solstices and Equinoxes. The precessional cycle as we now understand it is calculated to be 25,827.5 years (we usually round this number to 26,000). The two base-diagonal angles of the pyramid taken together, along with the width of the Grand Gallery of the pyramid multiplied by pi (3.14159), and the altitude of the Great Pyramid lying above the floor of the king’s Chamber multiplied by pi all equal 25,827.5 or the exact number of years of the precessional cycle. This is a brilliant reminder that we carry within us all the codes of knowledge for transforming our reality into greater love. The main keys for accomplishing this is through our intention and attention as we are conscious conduits through which life force energy manifests.

Jan 16, Tuesday. Moon conjuncts Pluto (27 Sag) and then Mars moves into Capricorn and the Moon catches up to Mars both crossing the Galactic Gateway at the center point of this three day Lunar Standstill.

An effective way to engage the mysteries of Galactic Center is to tune in as planets are crossing and therefore further activating this area of the sky. One way to do this is through the guided journey on the Twelve Tribes CD John Dumas and I published in 2004 as the opening segment guides you to Galactic Center (proceeds from this CD support the Shamanic Astrology Mystery School).

Another process (especially once you are familiar with this area of the sky) is to sit in a meditative state and extend your awareness to Galactic Center. Once you feel you are connected then you can ask for any messages or information that might be there for you. It helps to be ready to write your impressions, visions, or thoughts that come through without editing. While doing this practice last month I received the following message…

Jan 17, Wednesday. Still well within the Lunar Standstill effect and in the beginning of the Capricorn New Moon window (exact tomorrow) this is a powerful time for tuning into the seeds of action we are energizing while also attending the seeds already in process.

In her book Druids, Morgan Llwelyn shares this imagery from the Order of the Wise. “In the dead of winter the work of the druids continues. While our people shelter in warm lodges, we whisper to the seedlings in the frozen earth. We light the fires that will guide the reluctant Sun back from the realms of frost. We supervise birth and burial, keeping the living and the dead in harmony with the Earth and the Otherworld.

There is another wise saying.  “Energy follows thought.” What we are giving our attention to is what will grow in our lives. The seeds we nurture now through our thoughts and actions will eventually bear fruit. We choose what it is we wish to harvest in our lives through our intention and attention.

Jan 18, Thursday. The Capricorn New Moon (29 Capricorn) reminds us of the mysteries connected to the Wise Ones, to the Elders, to the ones who know how to act in accordance with the laws of this world so our beloved Earth remains in balance. These mysteries have been largely ignored in recent times creating a huge imbalance with the Earth. This New Moon provides us with an important opportunity for intending that we can again access the wisdom of these mysteries to help us restore and maintain the balance of our beloved Earth. Here is further imagery from Druids describing a healthy expression of the Capricorn mysteries.

“The principle obligation of the Druids was to keep Man and Earth and Otherworld in Harmony. The three are inextricably interwoven and must be in a state of balance or catastrophe follows. As the repositories of a thousand years of tribal wisdom, the druids knew how to maintain that balance.”

On this Capricorn New Moon day we also have Venus revisiting Neptune (19 Aquarius) near the exact same degree of last year’s Venus Neptune conjunction on March 26, 2006 calling to mind what was set in motion at that time. Neptune’s influence helps to deepen our intuition and to inspire our connection in “the field of dreams” (a great Neptunian movie by the way) within the infinite mind of the divine. When we trust our inner knowing – knowing what we know even when seemingly beyond the confines of logic and reason - it is easier to experience psychic connection with the source of all that is and all that is possible. Venus is that deep intuitive inner divine feminine aspect we all carry within who provides the physical pathway for these energies to birth into this reality. It helps to call upon the wise one within us to guide our actions as we plant and cultivate new seeds and the seeds that are already growing in balance with all life.

Jan 19, Friday. Moon moved into Aquarius late last night or early this morning where it remains until Jan 21 and conjuncts Mercury at 7 Aquarius and Chiron at 9 Aquarius energizing healing messages that are cutting edge and revolutionary facilitating assemblage point shifts for the purpose of creating greater freedom of being.

Jan 20, Saturday. The Sun moves into Aquarius (joining five other planets already in Aquarius, see intro) where it remains until Feb 18 illuminating the mysteries of the freedom oriented revolutionary, and the seasonal energy when the seeds are breaking free of their outer casings. Thus, Aquarius dares to move into new territory, experiment with new ideas and innovative ways, often far ahead of its time in revolutionizing current thinking. This energy operates from a cosmic perspective shifting the current assemblage point through radical and often disruptive changes that are intended to liberate our current experiences into expanded states of objective awareness and insight.

The Moon is also conjuncting Neptune (19 Aquarius) and occulting Venus (20 Aquarius) in the second Venus Moon conjunction since Venus rose as an evening star in early December. This is symbolic of Venus moving through the second Gate 2 sometimes called the “Gate of Creativity” retrieving her second chakra vestment as she ascends from the underworld. Some versions of the story say Inanna regains her jeweled anklets symbolizing a return of a healthy connection to her ego. Other stories say Inanna is regaining her golden belt worn around her hips reclaiming her value and knowing her worth. For those born in an eight year (8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56, 64, 72, 80, 88, 96, 104 etc) this is a time to note how you are doing with you personal eight year Venus return and to ceremonially reclaim this part of yourself in an As Above, So Below enactment designed to strengthen reclamation of these energies.

Jan 21, Sunday. Moon moves into Pisces and then occults Uranus (for the 10th time since early 2006) catalyzing the mysteries of inspired dreaming through the conscious use of our imagination. This is not about doing in the sense of “hard work pays off” but rather it is about remembering to allow these energies to flow through us and trust what is emerging. Consciously choosing where we focus our thoughts and dreaming energies is key to the co-creative process. Healthy Pisces serves life through divinely inspired compassionate sacred service from the heart. His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama agrees saying…

"From my own limited experience I have found that the greatest degree of inner tranquility comes from the development of love and compassion. The more we care for the happiness of others, the greater our own sense of well-being becomes. Cultivating a close, warm-hearted feeling for others automatically puts the mind at ease. This helps remove whatever fears or insecurities we may have and gives us the strength to cope with any obstacles we encounter. It is the ultimate source of success in life."

Jan 22, Monday. Venus (23 Aquarius) shining brightly in the evening sky is opposite retrograde Saturn (23 Leo) who is rising up as Venus sets. Venus will join Saturn near this very degree in early July of this year suggesting that what we energize now will be finding expression over the next few months. Mercury (12 Aquarius) sextiles Jupiter (12 Sag) and Jupiter (12 Sag) squares Uranus (12 Pisces) expanding the messages we are sending ourselves at this time.

One message worth noting is the importance of loving and forgiving ourselves. Self-forgiveness is an essential element in truly finding self-love within.In an article by Barry Elwin-Jones http://www.lightpaths.com on Self-forgiveness we are reminding that: Bringing our attention into our center of love locks out the negative and contradictory thoughts that pull us back and forth, never giving us peace, always promising but never delivering. To empower this belief that we are loving divine beings will bring great karmic results. Your self worth is far greater than you could ever imagine. Guilt will hold a child of God back from self-realization, and this goes against the divine plan for you. STOP IT.

The rebirth of self is imminent; be gentle with yourself. The Inner God is finding expression. The new child is fragile and innocent. Be kind and tolerant with it, it is you, God's gift to the rest of the world. You reflect the power and glory of creation. You have a right to be here in all of your glory. You stand ready to be reborn; let the river of love within take you home. No more guilt and no more pain.

To forgive yourself is to embrace God.

Jan 23, Tuesday. Moon moves into Aries transmitting the mysteries of the Warrior/Adventurer. These energies call us to be conscious of what we are committed to protecting and supporting within the cosmic order of life.

Jan 24, Wednesday. Retrograde Saturn (23 Leo) is headed toward Neptune (19 Aquarius) for two more exact conjunctions. The first one is on Feb 28 when retrograde Saturn (20 Leo) opposes Neptune (20 Aquarius) and again on June 25 when Saturn (having stationed direct is reaching 22 Leo) and Neptune (having stationed retrograde is at 22 Aquarius) are opposite each other once again. The first Neptune Saturn opposition in this series was on August 31, 2006 with Neptune at 17 Aquarius and Saturn at 17 Leo.

Neptune and Saturn are asking what the new visions are and what the new structures are for these visions. What new forms are they taking and how can we assist in the co-creative process to design a world based in egalitarian ideals where every person is free to choose their own evolutionary path?

Our reality is created by our beliefs and what we choose to give meaning too, so we literally have the ability to restructure our reality through dreaming new dreams and finding new meaning for the old symbols of our lives. This process began last year and remains strongly active until this summer reminding us of the importance of dreaming our most heartfelt dreams while also being willing to take decisive and inspired action to bring these dreams into reality.

Jan 25, Thursday. The Taurus First Quarter Moon (6 Taurus) is a time for taking action to fulfill the intentions we set at the Taurus New Moon late last April. Taurus is the archetype most connected to the mysteries of love, pleasure, beauty and intimacy.

Being willing to know ourselves intimately and to intimately connect with others is an essential element in living a healthy, happy, joyful life. Dean Ornish, author of Love and Survival: The Scientific Basis for the Healing Power of Intimacy reminds us that…

“Love and intimacy are the root of what makes us sick and what makes us well. I am not aware of any other factor in medicine—not diet, not smoking, not exercise ... not drugs, not surgery—that has a greater impact on our quality of life, incidence of illness and premature death."

This tells us that healthy expressions of love and intimacy are essential to a healthy, fulfilling life. Committing to deepening the intimacy we experience with ourselves and with life has the accelerating power of this First Quarter Moon to assist the process when we are willing.

Jan 26, Friday. Venus (27 Aquarius) sextiles Pluto (27 Sagittarius), and Mercury conjuncts Neptune (19 Aquarius) further emphasizing the Aquarian ideals of living freedom for all beings free from the rules of outside authorities who seek to control, limit and restrict the human experience. Unique, innovative and ahead of its time the Aquarian energies break down old restrictive systems for the purpose of breaking through to new experiences of expanded states of awareness. This is a great time to shift your assemblage point by thinking out side the box of your everyday experience and engage in  something completely original and unexpected that expands your horizons.

Jan 27, Saturday. Waxing Moon enters Gemini energizing the coyote trickster who reminds us of the importance of being in the moment, spontaneous, outrageous and fun, getting the cosmic joke, entertaining ourselves with what we do and how we do it, as well as embracing laughter as one of the greatest medicines. The trickster reminds us this world is not as real as it appears.

Venus moves into Pisces until Feb 20 and is operating in the imaginal realms where she is learning more about co-creating her world though imagination and energizing her heart-felt visions and dreams when she responsibly commits to effective actions that draw these visions into manifest reality.

Jan 28, Sunday. Fast moving Mercury (22 Aquarius) is opposite slower moving retrograde Saturn (22 Leo) providing us with an opportunity to send messages through the Earth’s grid system. Saturn grounds the inspiration, ideas, and thoughts of Mercury into a stable useful form when that is what we are intending. Saturn also links with the structures of reality such as our DNA codes. These codes include information directly linked to our Earth’s cosmology as the stars and planets circling the Earth activate the latent codes within our physical system. This is also out pictured in the fabric of our Earth through the many ancient astrophysical temples, petroglyph sites, standing stones and other cosmologically based sites aligned along the star grids of our great mother Earth. With intention and attention attuned to these grids we have the power to effect the collective mental vibration by instantaneously sending our focused thoughts for health, love, and peace telepathically altering the negative resonance patterns of the Earth through our focused intent.

The Earth is aligned now in such a way to receive the galactic radiations being beamed from Galactic Center and the Galactic Edge quickening our evolution, purifying and restructuring our world, changing the thresholds of vibration and experience, according to new programs of Light and Love available to us now. With the Moon transmitting from the Galactic Edge as it reaches its Northern Lunar Extreme…we get a sense of the importance of taking action that supports our personal evolutionary process because this collective reprogram is happening with or without us.

Jan 29, Monday. The Lunar Standstill Moon moves into Cancer for the second time this month illuminating the Galactic Edge and transmitting light energy from beyond our galaxy. This is the second time this month that Moon is beaming the inter-galactic codes of consciousness coming in from beyond our galactic realm. This is an opportunity to expand and purify our awareness releasing the old programs that have limited our Earthly experience. This is not necessarily easy or difficult. Much depends on how attached we are to the old programs of limitation and pain and how willing we are to consciously embrace the new vibrational frequencies intended to prepare us for ascension into a whole new worldly experience.

Jan 30, Tuesday. The Sun (10 Aquarius) and Chiron (10 Aquarius) are making their exact conjunction illuminating the forefront of innovative, cutting edge, shamanic healing energies and technologies ultimately creating a whole new vibrational assemblage point. This is the ultimate Aquarian conspiracy towards massive paradigm shifts in consciousness that has been playing out much of this month as first Venus and then Mercury passed by Chiron. This foreshadows the coming together of Chiron in its 50 year cycle with Neptune in its 165 year cycle in a rare once in a lifetime conjunction that will last for about 3 years becoming exact Feb 16, 2010.

Jan 31, Wednesday. Moon moves into Leo and Mercury (28 Aquarius) sextiles Pluto (28 Sag).
