Our final resonance is listed to the left of each statement. We are now resonating “ON” for all the information submitted that is life enhancing and positive. Our check for resonance for our problems and issues is now “OFF”; we no longer resonate with them.

A. Orientation to self is needed:
a. Resonating with receiving 100% benefit from this session is needed:
ON “My adult aspect is ready to receive 100% benefit from this session.”
b. Resonating with faith is needed:
Umb ON “My adult aspect has faith I can receive help through Resonance Repatterning.” (Umbilical or Umb means that initially it appeared that you did not resonate with the negative statement. However at a core or umbilical level you had lost hope around this issue and didn’t have the energy for it.)

a. Anchoring in the present is needed:
ON “I am anchored in the present and in my body, so I move with focused attention towards my purpose and what is energizing, coherent and life-giving.”

The MODALITY for transforming resonance for these statements is:
WHAT: Free Movement – Life is energy in motion. Movement is Life. Find any excuse to move, stretch and dance as often as possible. Movement orients you to yourself, to the environment and to others so you move in the direction of joy, nurturance and love, and away from danger.
HOW: You can have your eyes open or closed. Allow your body to move spontaneously and freely (to music or not), as a celebration of the powerful being that you are.

The MODALITY for transforming resonance for these statements is:
WHAT: Mu Acupuncture Points – are special points that powerfully activate the coherent energy of each meridian with all its characteristic qualities: the Midline Mu Point for the Bladder Meridian, #3, Utmost Middle on the Conception Vessel.
HOW: gently stimulate the point with a finger, while repeating the Bladder Meridian consonant sound of “W” (wwwwuh).
WHAT: the Bilateral Mu Points for the Large Intestines, #25, Heavenly Pivot – right side only.
HOW: stimulate the right point gently with your right middle finger, while smelling the Essential oil: Clary Sage and repeating the Large Intestines Meridian consonant sound of “M” (mmmmuh).
The Bladder Meridian is the container that releases at the right time and the Large Intestines Meridian supports letting go. An interesting combination here – consider how it fits in with our focus this month.
